Fort Wayne based Natril Gear empowers and inspires, because the world is waiting.
Everyone aspires to incorporate passion into their lives. Our passions may become hobbies or pastimes, spare moments in which they empower ourselves through invigorating pursuit. Some are lucky enough to find a way to incorporate their passion into their work, but some are even luckier to have the opportunity to share their passion with others, empowering people in their own pursuits.
Nathan and April Reinhard are two such people. Their Fort Wayne based company, Natril Gear, was founded in the aftermath of their “epic adventure,” a 4,641 mile, 100-day bicycle ride across the United States. To properly prepare for their journey, in a moment of inspiration and necessity, Nathan and April made their first luggers — brightly colored saddlebags for their bicycles, combining visibility, functionality and personality.
And just as their adventure across the country was a success, so was their inspired creation, the luggers, named by the community in Fort Wayne. After constant inquiries from those April and Nathan met throughout their journey, the Reinhards combined their names, Nathan and April became Natril, and they set about creating Natril Gear.
Now they empower others to pursue their own adventures, all while focusing on going about business the right way. All of Natril’s products are made with responsibly sourced materials, all of which fall into at least one of the following three categories: upcycled, environmentally friendly, made in the USA. Their dedication to a better world goes one step further, using strictly responsibly-sourced labor.
Now, April and Nathan’s efforts have seen their passion spread to others, inspired by their work and empowered by their product — all while doing things the right way, all while staying involved right here, at home, in Fort Wayne.
