1. YLNI February Hotspot

This month’s hot spot is at Summit City Brewerks! Come and meet new people and see what the Fort has to offer young professionals!


2. Vertical Leap
Thursday, Feb. 18 6:30p – 9p

After the Hot Spot, head over to Jenn Ford Art for the Vertical Leap! Kevin Mullett, local photographer and strategic thinker, is giving a talk titled, “Fort Wayne’s Visual Landscape and Photowalk Project.” It’s a presentation and discussion for artists, photographers, architects, and Fort Wayne admirers alike. There will be food and drinks! RSVP.

3. Turtle Soup
February 19-21 & 26-28
Friday/Saturday Curtain 7:30 p
Sunday Matinee Curtain 2:30 p









This hilarious but absolutely true story is about the origin of Churubusco’s famed “Turtle Days.” It should be a great show!

4. Fort Wayne Komets Game
Friday, Feb. 19 8p








Fort Wayne Komets vs. The Toledo Walleye. Who doesn’t want some hockey sprinkled into their Friday night?

5. Fort Wayne Women’s Expo
Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 20 & 21 at 10a








6. Polar Plunge

Jumpin’ in freezing cold water for a great cause? Yes.

7. Weather the Fort
Saturday, Feb. 20 at 4p








With activities including a heated tent for local bands, interactive art, fire performances, ice sculptors, coffee tasting, and a food and beer tent, Weather the Fort will have something for everyone.

 It shouldn’t be too cold, either!

8. Contra Dance
Saturday, Feb. 20 at 7:30p







Fort Wayne Traditional Music and Dance Society will hold a contra dance to live, old-time, string band music at the Fort Wayne Dance Collective. Beginners are welcome, and you don’t need a partner. Break out of your comfort zone and have some dance fun!

9. Help Make Hope
Sunday, Feb. 21 at 4:30p








Make art, write and copy letters for teens struggling with mental illness. Letters and artwork will be paired together, then sent to a local mental health hospital. Help these teens know there is hope and that they are needed in the world.

10. Street Reach Benefit for the Homeless
Sunday, Feb. 21 at 4:30p








Enjoy live performances to benefit a great cause!
