1. Purple Rain — Free Screening

Cinema Center is hosting a free screening of “Purple Rain” to honor Prince. Come out and see the show and remember a musical legend!
2. YLNI Financial Happy Hour
Thursday, April 28 at 6 pm
Meet at 816 Pint & Slice to learn how you can gain financial freedom. Pizza and first round of drinks are free! Check it out!
3. Stand Against Racism
Thursday, April 28 at 5:30 pm
The YWCA and Wunderkammer Company are teaming up to bring community members together to express how they feel about racism through art. Should be a beautiful time.
4. Mom’s Night Out
Thursday, April 28 at 5:30 pm
Fun and shopping at Cerutis! Appetizers and entertainment (along with a tote) are included in the ticket price.
5. Early Art Exploration
Saturday, April 30 at 10 am
I love these! Bring your little ones for a fun morning of creating art.
6. Avenue Q

Twenty-somethings trying to make it through life, as told by puppets. This show is hilarious. Don’t let the puppets throw you off, though. It’s not for kids.
7. Jane Eyre

All for One is putting on an original adaptation of the classic, Jane Eyre. Celebrate Charlotte Bronte’s 200th birthday year by seeing this wonderful production!

$1 admission to the Fort Wayne Museum of Art! It’s a fun, low-cost way to spend a Saturday!
9. Families4Nature Day
Saturday, April 30, all day
Kids (and grown-ups too) are spending significantly less time outdoors. The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo is participating in Families4Nature to encourage families to get outside!
10. SolFest
Sunday, May 1 from 12 pm to 7 pm
Live bands, hikes, hayrides, children’s activities and more! Eat great food and hang out in the Mad Anthony Brewery beer and wine garden. Proceeds go to the Allen County Parks Youth Scholarship Fund. Great fun for a great cause!
