Pembroke Bakery & Cafe – Restaurant Series #1

I don’t know about y’all but after 25 years, I needed a little spice and newness to my diet. I have been to the same restaurants over and over in Fort Wayne since I was a little girl. Granted, they are good, but I needed some variety. So I decided to change that. I ventured out! I wanted to try new foods and explore what other cuisines my city had to offer. I was happily surprised to find a lot of restaurants and places I have never been to. Places where each meal I tried was delicious! Health nuts and meat lovers alike will enjoy this place. I am not a nutritionist but if it is green, it’s healthy…and there’s lots of green here! Not only is it a restaurant, Pembroke also offers catering options, cooking classes and an informational blog. Pembroke Bakery & Cafe is located on 300 East Main Street, Fort Wayne, IN., 46802. In the Auer Center for Arts and Culture. It is open Monday-Friday: 7am-9pm (8am during January), Saturday: 8:30am-6pm and Sunday: 12pm-5pm. Permission by Pembroke Bakery &...
