15 Ideas for Winter Family Fun in the Fort

It’s that time of year: the holidays are over, but winter is still upon us, spring and summer are too distant to get excited about just yet. Boredom is constantly lurking, and lazy nights it seems like the only option every weekend.  If only there were another way… Fort Wayne to the rescue!  Despite this annual lull and chilly weather, our city is never short on activities, happenings, and events.  We’ve done the research: check out our top 15 ideas for the whole family on staying busy and entertained this winter.   1. A post shared by Fort Wayne Komets (@fwkomets) on Jan 8, 2018 at 7:41am PST The Komets are on fire this season with some of the best skaters in their league and are currently ranked second in their division.  Join Icy at the rink and help bring them to number one! 2.
