Join us at the Hoppy Gnome for some networking! 2. Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood Thursday, February 16 at 6:30 p.m. It’s everyone’s favorite childhood show (Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood) re-packaged for our kiddos — who doesn’t love it? Daniel Tiger will be in OUR neighborhood, so stop by and say hello! 3. 36th Annual Fort Wayne Boat Show and Sale Thursday, February 16 through Sunday, February 19 Also happening at the Coliseum this weekend: the 8th Annual Northern Indiana Golf Show. 4. Romeo & Juliet Friday, February 17 through February 26 (Times vary) This should be a great show. We all had to read this classic love story in school, so don’t miss your chance to see a live rendition! 5. Sips & Savasana Friday, February 17 at 6:30 p.m. Yoga. Art. Drinks. Everything good in life. 6. I Am Not Your Negro: Screening and Discussion Friday, February 17 at 7 p.m. “Whatever you think about the past and future of what used to be called ‘race relations’ this movie will make you think again, and may even change your mind” – A. O. Scott … don’t miss this Academy-nominated documentary that has the potential to change your life. 7. Civic Theatre Presents Memphis Friday, February 17 through February 26 (Times vary) This is such a fun show! It’s running this weekend and next, with great music and lots of laughs. You won’t regret it. 8. Dine 4 Rides: Mardi Gras Bash! Friday, February 17 at 6 p.m. Help CTN raise the funds it needs to keep providing rides in our community. There will be food, drinks, a silent auction, and a fun theme! 9. 2nd Annual Cupid’s Chocolate Chase 5K & Mocha Mile Saturday, February 18 at 9 a.m. Funds go to ALS Association of Indiana and Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana. There will be chocolate! 10. Fort Wayne Ballet Family Series: The Little Prince Saturday, February 18 at 10 a.m. This is such a wonderful, classic story. We’ve read the book, watched the recent film, and now we’re super excited about taking our little girl...

An Art Showcase, Live Music, & Tacos Bravas! Thursday, January 12 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Art. Music. Food. All our favorite things. 2. Botanical Conservatory – Mary Poppins Garden Party January 14, 2017 – April 2, 2017 The theme for the gardens this season is Mary Poppins! It’s absolutely magical. Today is opening day, so be sure to check it out between now and April. 3. First Presbyterian Theatre presents: Heroes Thursday, January 12 through January 28 (weekends only), at 7:30 This will give you all the feels. It’s a funny, yet sad, show about soldiers who never quite recover from their experiences in war. You have plenty of opportunities to go see it, so don’t miss it! 4. The Trap Door January Showcase at The B Side Thursday, January 12 from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. True stories in front of a live audience. This showcase features stories from Mark Lahey, Christie Bowen, Joel Miller, Erica Anderson-Senter, Dan Kinnaley and Jennifer Watts. 5. Vegan/Vegetarian Brunch Weekend Yay! Vegan menu! They’re adding a veg menu to their existing menu, so for all you who can’t go without your meat – don’t fear! For those of us who are meat-free, we can grab a mimosa have some great brunch. 6. Winter Warmer Saturday, January 14 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. It’s the 4th Annual Winter Warmer! Tickets are limited, so be sure to get one before they sell out. 7. FW Bombshells Present Revolution: Real Live Girls! Saturday, January 14 from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. This show is all about celebrating the power of the female. They’ll be tearing down stereotypes and empowering women. In line with the message of the show, they’ll be holding a charity raffle for Charis House and a pad/tampon drive for the YWCA. 8. The Princess Party Tuesday, January 17 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Princess Party! It will be a great show for a great organization. 2. 20th Anniversary Season Opening Concert Friday, September 9 from 7:30 p.m. The Heartland Vocal Artists start the celebration of their 20th year with a fun mix of pop and vocal jazz, including a tribute to Indiana musicians in honor of Indiana’s Bicentennial year. A cash bar is available during the event. $20 Advance and $25 at the door. 3. Salvage in the City Saturday, September 10 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Have you been to Saving Grace Vintage Boutique? If not, you need to go! They have wonderful, adorable, amazing things. This Saturday, they’re having an outdoor sale! There will be food trucks and music! Go! 4. The Rocky Horror Show Friday, September 9 at 8 p.m. Saturday, September 10 at 8 p.m. and 11:59pm Friday, September 16 at 8 p.m. Saturday, September 17 at 8 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. Such a fun show to kick off Halloween season … it will really get you in the spirit, especially if you go to a midnight show. 5. Brewed “IN” the Fort Fest Saturday, September 10 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Indiana’s finest brews! Also, food trucks and music. My goal is to eat all my meals at food trucks this weekend. 6. RideGreen 2016 Saturday, September 10 at 1 p.m. Ride to some of the best local “food and watering holes.” 7. Fort Wayne Air Show Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11 Fun for the whole family! This even is going to be huge. There will be lots to do and see (and lots to eat). 8. Autism Acceptance Walk Sunday, September 11 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. It’s a family-friendly, one-mile walk. There will be food an entertainment, and all proceeds from this event support the local Ally programs in Indiana. 9. Be a Tourist in Your Hometown Sunday, September 11 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Yay!
